DEEP: Earthquake preparation workshop

For this event, we partnered with DEEP (Dunbar Emergency Earthquake Preparedness) to run a workshop for the local community explaining the protocol if ‘The Big One’ hits Vancouver, and the community loses access to electricity, water and medical services.

We set up our medical station, and DEEP set up their water/shelter/food stations, and both groups educated the local community about the steps we need to take in the event of a province wide emergency. Around 50 people came!
